Travelling Superintendent
Are you a field-focused leader who thrives on the road and enjoys managing commercial construction projects from the ground up? Our client, a well-established general contractor headquartered in Chattanooga, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee on-site operations across a variety of commercial builds throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Description
- Lead on-site construction activities across multiple project locations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to project managers
- Troubleshoot issues and uphold quality standards
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
- Deep understanding of construction methods and safety standards
