Travelling Superintendent

Description

• Lead on-site construction activities across multiple project locations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to project managers
• Troubleshoot issues and uphold quality standards

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Deep understanding of construction methods and safety standards
