Description

• Manage public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams across multiple boroughs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to public sector regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements.
• Travel between project sites as required to maintain progress and quality.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of public works construction experience (open to candidates from GC, CM, or owner-side backgrounds).
• Strong understanding of public-sector processes, compliance, and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple locations.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
