Project Coordinator- Custom Homes
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a luxury custom home builder based in Southwest Ranches, Florida. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys managing the flow of information, documentation, and scheduling from the office while supporting high-end residential projects.

Description
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative and coordination tasks for active construction projects.
Prepare, track, and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contracts.
Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and progress reporting to ensure projects stay on target.
Maintain organized digital and physical project files and ensure compliance with company standards.
Help facilitate material procurement and delivery coordination with vendors.
Profile
2-4 years of experience in a construction coordination, project administration, or project assistant role, ideally within residential or custom home building.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, scheduling, and workflow.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working full-time in the Southwest Ranches office and collaborating with project teams in the field.
