Traveling Multifamily Superintendent - General Contractor
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent who wants to lead major ground up projects with a financially stable developer builder that maintains one of the strongest pipelines in the country. You'll step into a well supported site in South Georgia and manage a large scale multifamily development from early stages through delivery

Their teams manage the full lifecycle from site selection and design through construction and project delivery which gives Superintendents strong support, clear processes, and well-resourced job sites.

Description
- Lead all on‑site field operations for a ground-up multifamily project.
- Manage project schedule, quality, inspections, documentation, and safety compliance.
- Direct subcontractors and field personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers in a peer relationship.
- Ensure timely communication with the Project Executive and internal teams.
- Oversee site logistics, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Manage the project from early stages through final turnover and closeout.
- Support a structured transition as the current Superintendent returns home for family reasons.
Profile
- Has led at least two full-cycle ground-up multifamily projects as a Superintendent (non-negotiable).
- Demonstrates strong command of scheduling, subcontractor management, and multifamily building systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to set expectations and maintain a professional, solutions-driven jobsite.
- Organized, proactive, and experienced leading teams on large, multi-building sites.
- Open to travel with a long-term career mindset.
Job Offer
The full compensation package includes:
- Base Salary up to $170,000 based on experience
