Description

• Lead NPI efforts
• Oversee team of 6 senior manufacturing engineers
• Interact with clients to understand custom device specifications
• Oversee all precision machining operations
• Develop and implement most efficient manufacturing processes
• Develop and track manufacturing KPIs

Profile

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
• Strong NPI experience
• Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, ect)
• Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $150,000 based on experience
• Unlimited PTO
• Annual bonus target of 10%
