Project Manager - Corporate Interiors
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of interior construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final closeout. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and professionalism.

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex interior construction projects and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Description
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and closeout procedures
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and field staff
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interiors or build-outs
- Proven track record of managing high-profile projects in urban environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
