Superintendent - Retail - Southeast Travel

A well-established general contractor with over 100 years of history is looking for Superintendents to support a major Walmart/Retail program across the Southeast. This is a travel-based role with consistent project flow, ideal for candidates experienced in fast-paced retail construction environments.

Description

• Lead Walmart/Sam's Club projects (ground-up and remodels)
• Manage site operations, schedules, subcontractors, and safety compliance
• Work night shifts as required by project schedules
• Travel across NC, SC, and TN on 3-month project rotations
• Report into the Senior Superintendent (Remodel Division)

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Retail should have:

• Proven experience on Walmart or Sam's Club projects
• Experience in retail construction (ground-up or remodels)
• Open to frequent regional travel and night shift work
• Based in NC, SC, or GA
• Walmart certification highly preferred

Job Offer

$95,000 - $110,000 base salary + 10% bonus

• $40/day per diem
• $165/week truck allowance
• 401k with 4% match
• 2 weeks PTO (flexible) + 5 sick days + 8 holidays
