Superintendent - OSHPD
You will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with OSHPD standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes
Client Details
An established Southern California general contractor with a strong reputation in OSHPD (HCAI) healthcare construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex hospital and healthcare projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
Description
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for full on-site leadership, coordinating all field operations from mobilization through closeout while maintaining strict compliance with OSHPD/HCAI requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and hospital stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, site safety, and quality control
- Ensure full compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations, inspections, and documentation
- Manage work in active/occupied healthcare environments
- Partner closely with the Project Management and Preconstruction teams
Profile
- Proven track record delivering OSHPD (HCAI) healthcare projects
- Experience with hospital renovations, additions, or new construction
- Strong knowledge of OSHPD processes, inspections, and compliance standards
- Ability to lead complex projects in live healthcare settings
