Production Supervisor - Premium Pet Food

Description

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily operational goals.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Schedule staff and verify timecards to maintain accurate records.
• Oversee shift performance and address any operational issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
