Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the job site.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward efficiently.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with tools like Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
