Our client is a global, rapidly growing manufacturing organization undergoing significant transformation and expansion. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and drive initiatives across Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Talent Development globally. $200k-$240k + bonus and equity. 4 days onsite in Carrolton, TX.

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and drive initiatives across Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Talent Development globally. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling, global manufacturing environment and can balance strategic vision with hands-on program execution. $200k-$240k + bonus and equity. 4 days onsite in Carrolton, TX.
Description
Talent Management & Development
- Design, enhance, and execute global talent management frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, high-potential identification, and leadership development.
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational capability needs and develop targeted development strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of career pathing, competency models, and learning curricula for employees at all levels.
- Drive the annual performance and talent review cycles, providing coaching and calibration guidance to leadership teams.
Organizational Development & Change Leadership
- Diagnose organizational needs and build data-driven OD strategies that support growth, scale, and cultural alignment.
- Lead or support organizational design efforts, including restructures, capability assessments, and workforce planning.
- Drive change management initiatives (communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, training) across global teams.
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions, leadership offsites, and workshops aimed at building strong, cohesive teams.
HR Business Partner Leadership
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across global functions or business units.
- Provide counsel on engagement, retention, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions around turnover, capability gaps, engagement, and organizational health.
- Partner with COEs (Compensation, Learning, TA, HRIS) to ensure seamless execution of key HR programs.
Culture, Engagement & Coaching
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development within a global manufacturing context.
- Coach and develop leaders to elevate their people leadership capabilities.
- Implement programs that strengthen employee engagement and support a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to talent management, organizational development, and leadership development.
- Experience as a strategic HRBP partnering with senior leaders; manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale talent programs in a global organization.
- Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities; certification in assessments or coaching methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design and change management.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment; able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the manufacturing sector, workforce dynamics, and operational rhythms.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influence skills.
