Project Manager - Public/Municipal
We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Retail/Industrial Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various commercial projects. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

A highly respected Texas-based general contractor with deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in municipal, public, and community-focused projects, this company has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and long-lasting client relationships for nearly 40 years.
As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex civic and public sector projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Description
Manage all aspects of municipal and public sector construction projects
Lead preconstruction planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Coordinate and supervise project teams, including field staff and subcontractors
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
Oversee project financials, change orders, and risk management
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on every jobsite
