Superintendent
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage large-scale ground-up commercial projects in Wilmington. This role requires autonomy, leadership, and a proven track record of delivering complex builds successfully.

Description
- Oversee all field operations for ground-up commercial projects ($10M+)
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety compliance
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with project management to resolve issues proactively
- Work independently with minimal oversight
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in construction project management within the Business Services industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
