Associate Quality Engineer | Aerospace (Entry-Level)
Our client, an innovative manufacturer for the Aerospace industry, is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join their growing quality team!

As the company continues to grow and enhance its capabilities, they are looking to add a meticulous and motivated Associate Quality Engineer to their team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the superior quality their customers expect and the industry demands.

Description
Develop, implement, and sustain quality control procedures in alignment with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality criteria.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to promptly identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Analyze inspection and test data to identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend areas for process improvement.
Lead investigations and corrective action efforts in response to non-conformances and customer concerns.
Contribute to supplier quality management through audits, performance evaluations, and ongoing oversight.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, certifications, and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to AS9100 and other applicable aerospace quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Profile
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or another QMS
- Exposure to component manufacturing (can be from an internship)
- Degree in engineering preferred
