Description

  • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain safety standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
