Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $50M - ME will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure project objectives are met within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal construction standards and regulations.
• Oversee risk management procedures and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Review and approve project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress

Profile

The Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $50M - ME should have:

• 6+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
• BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or another related field of study
• Ground up building experience within the commercial sector
• Proficient in Procore or other related construction software
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
