Engineering Manager - Control Systems & Compliance
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in UL508A panel compliance, regulatory engineering standards, product validation/testing, and automation control systems.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing of control panels and power distribution systems.
Ensure engineering processes meet UL508A, NEC, IEC, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Oversee product validation and compliance testing protocols for new and existing solutions.
Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Field Engineering teams to drive project success.
Support internal and external audits related to electrical and automation standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, schematics, and validation reports.
Mentor and guide engineering staff in best practices for safety, compliance, and design integrity.
Profile
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in engineering roles related to power systems, automation, or industrial control.
Proven expertise in UL508A panel design/build and regulatory compliance.
Strong background in PLC/DCS systems, instrumentation, and power distribution.
Experience with product testing, validation, and commissioning.
Familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink, or LabVIEW.
Effective communication and project management skills.
