Costing and Pricing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Costing and Pricing Manager to join our growing New York team and help shape pricing strategies and cost structures for our catering division.

Client Details

We are a global hospitality organization delivering gourmet experiences in airline catering, international events, restaurants, lounges, and hotels.

Description

• Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and cost structures

• Analyze material and labor costs, liaising with chefs and purchasing for menu specifications

• Create pricing methodologies, analytics, and revenue tools to measure effectiveness

• Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve profit margins

• Support ERP and business system data entry for operations and production

• Calculate food costs, generate costing/pricing files, and maintain accurate bill codes

• Train and onboard Costing Analysts and support Senior Management

Profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in pricing, revenue management, or finance

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel)

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and meet strict deadlines

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, flexible schedule, and willingness to travel 10-15%

• Experience in food service/hospitality and knowledge of culinary arts a plus

• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
