Description
- Lead field operations for commercial upfit projects (banks, retail, restaurant, medical)
- Manage traveling projects across NC, SC, TN, and surrounding states
- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and on-site execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Utilize Project Site (Trimble) and Microsoft Project for coordination and scheduling
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial upfit or ground-up projects
- Comfortable with regional travel (multiple states)
- Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced renovation and interior projects
Job Offer
$80,000 - $115,000 base salary + benefits (depending on experience)
- Company truck + gas card
- Housing fully covered during travel
- $30-$40/day per diem for meals
- Discretionary bonus
- 2-3 weeks PTO (increases with tenure)
