Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials are delivered as per project timelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities and milestones.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of commercial general contracting experience
• Able to use Procore, BlueBeam, P6, or other construction software
• OSHA 30 or willingness to get it
• Good familiarity with then St. Louis construction market
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
