Estimator Luxury Residential Miami, FL
- Estimator with 2-3 years of experience, ideally in luxury homes/ residential sector
- Base Salary up to $95-100K
Client Details
This luxury residential builder is local to the Miami market and continues to expand. They have a strong pipeline of work and clientel & are looking to strengthen their team in preconstruction by adding someone with a few years of experience focused on estimates.
Description
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury custom homes and high‑end residential projects
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent to develop comprehensive budgets
- Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to validate pricing and scope
- Utilize estimating software and technology tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting
- Assist with value engineering while maintaining luxury quality standards
- Clearly communicate estimates, assumptions, and cost impacts to internal teams and leadership
Profile
- 2-3 years of experience estimating luxury residential or high‑end custom home projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes specific to luxury homes
- Tech savvy, with experience using estimating software, Excel, and digital plan takeoff tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Experience working with architects, designers, and subcontractors in a collaborative setting
