Description

As the Concrete Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on‑site delivery for commercial concrete scopes.

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations across active commercial concrete projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet schedule and budget
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all job sites
• Work closely with Project Managers to align sequencing, manpower, and production targets
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules to drive execution
• Monitor productivity, progress tracking, and cost controls
• Foster a strong, safety‑first culture and mentor field leadership

Profile

For the Concrete Superintendent role, we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial concrete construction
• Strong background in formwork, flatwork, reinforcement, and structural concrete
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades effectively
• Solid understanding of construction schedules, cost control, and reporting
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, outdoor construction environments
• Experience using construction management or field reporting software is advantageous
