Partner Recruiting Specialist | Legal | NYC
The Partner Recruiting Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier lateral partners for a leading firm. This position requires a strong understanding of the legal landscape, recruitment strategies and and an ability to navigate complex recruitment processes. The role is onsite 4 days a week, with ability to work from home on Fridays.

Description
- Lead the end-to-end lateral partner recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in the legal industry.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for acquiring top talent.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress.

Profile
A successful Partner Recruiting Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes within the legal field (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Ability to work onsite 4-days a week (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
