AD of Finance, Payables
The Associate Director of Finance and Payables will manage a small team and lead AP operations, vendor relationships, invoice review, 1099s, vendor on-boarding, compliance. The AD will also drive process improvements and system efficiency.

Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and month-end close in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage invoice review, vendor relations, and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead offshore billing team and refine AP systems to support timely, scalable payment cycles
- Own vendor on-boarding, 1099 prep, and documentation of financial processes
- Contribute to cross-functional projects in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Preferred: experience with system/process implementation, KPI tracking, and tools like Coupa or Ramp
Profile
- Progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in Education/NFP
- Resourceful leader who can balance detail-orientation (AP accuracy) with systems/process optimization.
- Strong experience with Coupa, Ramp, Intacct
