Leveraged Loans Ops Associate
The role involves settling bank loan trades by collaborating with traders, portfolio managers, and external parties, while also preparing reports on loan settlements and operational metrics. Additionally, it requires engaging with clients to address queries and ensuring meticulous management of loan documentation.

Description
- Coordinate with traders and portfolio managers to ensure timely and accurate settlement of bank loan trades.
- Communicate with clients and external parties to facilitate smooth trade processes and resolve any issues.
- Generate and present detailed reports on loan settlements and operational performance.
- Maintain precise records and documentation for all loan transactions.
- Utilize trade settlement platforms, such as Markit ClearPar, to manage loan settlements.
- Identify and address any operational challenges related to loan settlements.
Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Loan Closer Experience: Proven experience in closing syndicated bank loans, including familiarity with loan documentation and lifecycle. MUST HAVE experience handling Loan Closer responsibilities
- Technical Skills: MUST HAVE experience with Markit ClearPar for trade settlement and other relevant financial systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage and review loan documentation meticulously, minimizing errors.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated skills in identifying and resolving issues related to loan settlements and operations.
