Project Manager- Hospitality Projects

Join a growing, design-forward general contractor specializing in high-end hospitality and commercial interiors. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead standout projects across Miami's dynamic restaurant and office landscape.

Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality outcomes

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFI logs, change orders, and quality control

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes

  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support the professional development of junior staff

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on hospitality or commercial interiors

  • Proven track record delivering restaurant and/or office build-outs in dense urban markets

  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
