Project Manager- Hospitality Projects
Join a growing, design-forward general contractor specializing in high-end hospitality and commercial interiors. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead standout projects across Miami's dynamic restaurant and office landscape.

Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality outcomes
Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFI logs, change orders, and quality control
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support the professional development of junior staff
Profile
5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on hospitality or commercial interiors
Proven track record delivering restaurant and/or office build-outs in dense urban markets
Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
