Superintendent- Ground Up Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M and above in the Fort Lauderdale area. Description

• Oversee all field operations on ground-up commercial projects valued at $20M+.

• Manage daily job site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

• Maintain consistent communication with Project Managers and ownership groups.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.

• Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company policies on-site.

• Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing delays and cost overruns.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role focused on large-scale commercial projects.

• Proven track record managing ground-up construction jobs in the $20M+ range.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex project schedules and multi-trade coordination.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale or surrounding areas.
