Territory Manager - Midwest - Electrical Components

Client Details
Our client is a recognized leader in custom electrical power distribution and control systems, serving mission-critical sectors such as live entertainment, film production, generator rental, and industrial distribution.
They are seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to lead growth in key regional markets by targeting verticals like Theatrical, Studio/Film, Generator Rental, and Electrical Distribution. This is a dual-focus role combining consultative sales leadership with project coordination responsibilities to ensure flawless execution on large, time-sensitive orders.
Description
- Own and grow a defined territory with full-cycle sales responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure on-time, high-impact delivery
- Engage with decision-makers in entertainment and industrial segments
- Drive new vertical development and product feedback loops
Profile
- Experience with custom-configured electrical products or industrial equipment
- Experience hunting new buinsess and/or managing customer accounts
- Industry familiarity in entertainment power, temporary power, or electrical distribution
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to advise and earn trust
- Strong project follow-through, CRM/ERP fluency, and communication skills
