Description

• Lead and manage all manufacturing site operations, including engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as CI, TPM, and OEE, to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee engineering and maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the site.
