Manufacturing Site Leader
The Manufacturing Site Leader will oversee all aspects of site operations, including engineering, manufacturing, and compliance, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in lean manufacturing and cross-functional leadership.

Description
- Lead and manage all manufacturing site operations, including engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as CI, TPM, and OEE, to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee engineering and maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the site.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Site Leader should have:
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, including FDA and ISO standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like CI, TPM, or OEE.
- Knowledge of engineering and maintenance practices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
