Description

The PX is responsible for:

• Leading business development and client relationship management
• Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Acting as primary point of contact for major accounts
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance
• Driving strategic growth initiatives and maintaining strong industry relationships
• Representing the company in client meetings and negotiations
• Projects typically over $30M+
• Project types include: Commercial, Auto, Multifamily, Life Science, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial & Warehouse, Corporate Office, Hospitality, Nonprofit

Profile

The right PX has the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management with an established GC in
• Proven track record as Senior PM or Project Executive on large-scale projects
• Business Development background
• Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
• Computer skill & proficiency with construction softwares
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
