Senior Tax Compliance Specialist - Asset Management - Stamford
The Senior Tax Compliance Specialist will be directly responsible for hedge fund and private equity tax compliance and collaborate with teams on various business matters.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Compliance Specialist include the following:
Responsible for reviewing complex tax allocations and adjustments for investment funds, including HF and PE structures
Oversaw the preparation and review of federal, state, local, and international tax returns for various entities, including partnerships and corporations.
Prepared and reviewed investor tax estimates and related reporting requirements.
Reviewed tax projections, accruals, and estimates for both domestic and international entities.
Managed the review of regulatory tax filings and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
Bachelor's degree required; CPA designation is a plus.
Minimum of 6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a comparable environment, with a focus on hedge funds and private equity.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Proactively seeks feedback for growth and is committed to continuous skill development.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate plans and priorities effectively.
