Plant Manager - Industrial Manufacturing
My client is seeking a Plant Manager to join their Industrial Manufacturing organization. In this role you would collaborate with plants across the country and work with high level leadership and cross functional teams to drive all aspects of operations.

My client is a leading manufacturer of high precision mechanical products. They are a well-established, but growing organization with plants across the country.
Description
Some of the responsibilities for the General Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Managing budgets, financial forecasts, and overall financial performance in alignment with company objectives
- Directing supply chain activities, including material procurement and inventory management
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues while coordinating with other facilities as needed
- Enforcing quality control standards and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all other applicable regulations
- Implementing and sustaining comprehensive plant safety and security programs
- Delivering safety training and promoting a safety-first culture
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and guiding team execution
Profile
A successful Plant Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Lean manufacturing expertise.
- Experience leading teams in planning and executing continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience successfully managing plant operations
- Experience developing high level strategic plans to improve operations
