Healthcare Superintendent - Raleigh, NC (Triangle Market)

TOP GC is seeking a Superintendent to support their expanding healthcare project portfolio in the Triangle market. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Assistant Superintendent with several years of experience who is ready to transition into a full Superintendent role-but healthcare experience is a must.

Client Details

A respected GC with a growing presence in the Raleigh market, known for delivering complex and technical projects and other leading healthcare and life sciences organizations. Due to continued growth and an influx of upcoming projects, the team is adding a Superintendent dedicated to local Triangle work.

Description

• Oversee field operations for healthcare projects within Raleigh and the broader Triangle
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality onsite
• Support complex medical and life sciences builds (MRI rooms, imaging, labs, pharma environments, etc.)
• Work closely with the General Superintendent for the market
• Utilize Procore for all field documentation, RFIs, updates, and coordination
• Ensure client standards and compliance protocols are met at all stages

Profile

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

• 2-4+ years as an Assistant Superintendent with exposure to healthcare or medical construction
• Ready to take the next step into a Superintendent role
• Open to any mix of ground-up or renovation work
• Able to work locally within the Triangle-no more than 1 hour outside Raleigh

Proficient in Procore

• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
