Senior Manager of Manufacturing - Medical Devices - MA

• Lead internal pilot manufacturing operations for development, validation, and early production* Execute manufacturing builds with clear schedules, readiness, and accountability
* Partner with Process Engineering to develop stable, repeatable processes
* Ensure documentation, work instructions, and build readiness prior to execution
* Support NPI by ensuring smooth transition from engineering to manufacturing
* Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to maintain product quality
* Build and lead a team of engineers, operators, and manufacturing leaders
* Provide operational visibility into build performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

Profile
A successful Senior Manager of Manufacturing should have:
• 8-12+ years in manufacturing or operations (medical device preferred)* Experience leading manufacturing teams in regulated environments
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation, and QMS
* Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, and operations
* Strong operational leadership and problem‑solving skills
Preferred:
* Experience in NPI or pilot manufacturing
* Background in catheter or complex medical device manufacturing
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated environments
