Description
- Lead projects valued around $50M from start to finish
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Drive project execution and risk management
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving project goals.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years leading construction projects
- Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid work
- Proven success managing large-scale builds
- Strong leadership and team management skills
