Description

The Project Executive - Data Center Construction - Frederick, MD will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all phases of data center construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborating with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Managing project managers and field teams, while providing guidance and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability across multiple projects.
• Driving compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiating contracts and building strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Reporting progress to senior leadership and resolving issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.

Profile

The Project Executive - Data Center Construction - Frederick, MD will have:

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing multiple teams.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience building client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
