Description

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction across all phases.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing strategic direction, resource planning, and leadership development for Project Managers and field staff.
• Act as primary client point of contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships while driving repeat business and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development, forecasting, and operational strategy to align project goals with company objectives.
• Champion company culture and process excellence, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards across all active job sites.

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

• Brings 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership over large-scale commercial or institutional projects.
• Demonstrates a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a reputation for integrity and delivery excellence.
• Possesses deep knowledge of project financials, contract negotiation, and operational oversight across multiple concurrent builds.
• Excels at leading teams through influence, developing Project Managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
