We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a background in healthcare and industrial construction to play an integral role in our clients operational department.

Description

• Managing construction projects from beginning to end.
• Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Profile

• A Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing construction projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.
