A top regional healthcare contractor is seeking a Project Manager - or a strong APM ready for promotion - to support Hospital project in Mooresville. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven builder with large‑scale or healthcare project experience.

A respected North Carolina builder with extensive experience across major healthcare systems, delivering complex clinical, hospital, and technical renovations. The team supports flexible work arrangements with weekly travel to project sites.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects in Raleigh, NC.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation
• Weekly travel to Mooresville (1x/week)
• Collaborate with field teams to maintain safety, quality, and infection control standards
• Act as primary point of contact for client and design partners

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong PM experience OR standout APM with strong tenure and project history
• Healthcare or large‑scale commercial project experience preferred
• Excellent communication and technical skills
• Organized, dependable, and strong at client coordination

Job Offer

• Base salary: $110,000-$150,000
• Annual discretionary bonus
• Vehicle allowance: $650/month
