Construction Multifamily Assistant Project Manager
We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams on multifamily wood frame builds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction who's ready to take the next step in their career, working alongside seasoned professionals on large-scale residential projects.

Description
- Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects
- Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and budgeting
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support field teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and project standards are upheld
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in wood frame and/or multifamily residential
- Familiarity with construction documentation, project schedules, and building processes
- Proficient with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
