Preconstruction Manager
A seasoned Preconstruction Manager is needed to lead preconstruction strategy and market engagement efforts in the Tampa region. This role goes far beyond estimating, requiring a relationship-driven leader who can elevate the organization's presence while shaping early-stage project success.

Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead all preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and early project planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade partners across the Tampa market.
Identify opportunities and contribute to strategic pursuit planning.
Provide guidance on constructability, conceptual estimating, cost modeling, and project strategy.
Serve as a visible representative of the company's values and culture within the local community.
Collaborate closely with business development and operations teams for cohesive project execution.
Mentor and support junior preconstruction staff to enhance internal capabilities
