We are partnered with a very reputable GC based in Worcester. Due to a large portfolio of work, this leading Contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their team. This opportunity comes with huge growth potential as my client is looking to continue building out the estimating department.

Description

The Estimator Responsibilities:

• Project bidding, scheduling, risk analysis for new projects
• Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner

Profile

The ideal Estimator Candidate:

• 2-5+ years of Estimating experience in the construction industry
• Strong background in large-scale projects (preferred)
• Proven experience managing public/academic/K-12 construction projects (preferred)
• A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
