Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer in the property industry, you will manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare cost estimates as required.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve project challenges.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the project team in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
