Project Manager (Metal Building Construction) - Lakeland

Description
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Profile
- Proven experience managing church construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Strong understanding of metal building systems and ability to oversee their integration into complex projects
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with plans and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively to keep the project on track.
- Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation, including change orders and RFIs.
