Description

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of experience of commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Projects are local to the Denver Metro area with some extending into mountain resort towns.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $87,500-123,000 annually.
