Description

• Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on food logistics and production management.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
• Oversee and implement food safety protocols and maintain audit readiness.
• Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and improve processes.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency in food logistics.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Operations Manager (Food Logistics) should have:

• Strong knowledge of USDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.
• Proven expertise in production management and process improvement.
• Experience in meat processing and understanding of SSOP practices.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse operations team.
• Proficiency in managing equipment maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
