We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects valued at $10M+ within the property industry. This role is based in Springdale and requires a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.

Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects valued at $10M+ from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve set goals.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
