Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and optimizing production efficiency. Description

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement SOPs to maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Oversee employee training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production goals.
• Manage shift schedules and performance evaluations for the maintenance team.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and GMP compliance.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage shift schedules effectively.
• Skills in troubleshooting mechanical and technical equipment issues.
• Familiarity with safety standards and performance management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
