Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead healthcare renovation projects across the Miami market. This role requires a hands-on construction leader with deep knowledge of medical facilities, infection control, and working in active healthcare environments.

Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare renovation projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain seamless workflow in active and sensitive environments.
Enforce hospital infection control protocols (ICRA/ILSM) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Manage site logistics, daily reports, inspections, and progress meetings with owners, architects, and facility managers.
Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
Uphold company standards for jobsite professionalism, safety performance, and client satisfaction.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong track record in healthcare renovation or similar occupied facility construction.
Deep familiarity with hospital protocols, infection control, interim life safety measures, and working within active medical environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple trades simultaneously.
Knowledgeable in reading plans, maintaining detailed field documentation, and leveraging construction management software.
Ability to build strong working relationships with field teams, clients, and facility representatives.
