Superintendent- K-12 Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee K-12 and municipal construction projects in Miami, FL. This role requires strong leadership and proven field management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff, fostering strong communication and coordination.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and project-specific regulations.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

• Conduct inspections and monitor workmanship to meet client and company standards.

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with school boards, municipal agencies, and community stakeholders.

Profile

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a proven background in K-12 and municipal projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to solve problems proactively and maintain composure under pressure.

• OSHA certification and knowledge of local building codes preferred.

• A team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
