Description
- Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget.
- Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors.
- Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance.
- Ensure timely project completion.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team.
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields preferred
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Competant Procore and other tech skills
- Experience leading a team throughout a project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
